Best health & fitness tracker EVER

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the delivery of this planner and I’m absolutely over the moon with it.
It arrived today while I was out and I couldnt wait to get home to take a look.
It has EVERYTHING you need or could want in a planner.
This planner will keep you motivated with all the extra pages from challenges, thinking about achievements and progress…to mind mapping goals and forming new daily habits.

The All New Health & Fitness Planner

I recieved my new health and fitness planner today a nd my first impression was how good the quality was, a beautiful front cover which is subtle so doesnt scream out fitness & health.
Opening the journal i loved the initial paragraph and the focus NOT being solely on weight, but a more holistic approach ( which is exactly what I was looking for)
Lots of really useful pages that combine health and wellbeing with lots of opportunities to record information.
Really good quality paper , everything in one place - I'm very much looking forward to using it daily and it helping me reach my fitness anx wellness goals.
