I love this book! It’s great and has everything I want to log, especially like the habit tracker which helps make small changes a habit.
I’m on a low carb plan and I like that nowhere it states calories. This helps me get into the right mindset for the eating plan I have chosen! Will definitely reorder once I’ve completed the 26 weeks
